Hello all. I'm sorry I was out of action last Wednesday with Flu/cold. Both hubby and I have been really rough on and off for a month or more and last week we were as bad as it had been....coughing lots and running really high temps. We tested negating for Covid but it felt pretty much the same. It's been an awful bug and I'm hoping it's on it's way out now. There have been so many folk around here suffering the same and it leaves you good for nothing so we had to listen to our bodies and sleep it off. If you read my Friday post you will also see I had a health scare too but thankfully the results came back normal and no further appointments/tests were needed....phew!!
On my desk today are the latest army of frogs, now finished and handed over to the Harry Johnson Charity, to give out the the children newly diagnosed with cancer....I've now made 58 and it makes me rather sad to think that there are so many children needing them but it's good to do my bit.

Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better, hope you both shake off the bugs and have some healthy times now! The frogs are lovely, keep up the good work. Helen #1
Thank goodness you are on the mend at last. I love the little mice - certainly a lovely thing to do😀 x x Jo 🌈
It was a relief to know the results came back clear, you can relax now. I had the stitches out of my arm Monday so hoping that doesn't come back. I didn't want to tell you when you started with the cold thingy but Des and I...well especially me were weeks before it went properly. Loving the frogs and the cute mice. I've not got a lot on my desk this week as I've been needle felting most of the time but I will get round to showing you some of that soon. Have a happy woyww, hugs Angela x9x
I’m glad you’re feeling a little bit better, goodness you’ve had a rough few weeks, resting up is the only way to get well quicker. Hugs to you and Dod. Those little froggies are fab and will be loved by the poor children, the mice are sweet too!

Love the little mice. Are you starting on Christmas projects? It is sad to know children are suffering from cancer. Sorry you and your husband have both had this bug, wishing you a healthy April. Happy WOYWW. Angela #11
Glad you’re feeling a bit better, Annie. As you say, we’ve both been suffering. Your little mice are so adorable and your frogs are cute. They must be a nice distraction for the kids suffering.
Happy WOYWW

Hello Annie, I hope you are both well on the mend now. I remember what Covid felt like so you have my sympathy - it was awful! The frogs are wonderful. It's hard to contemplate so many poor wee souls suffering with any illness let alone cancer. The frogs provide a lot of fun and cheer, I'm sure. The mice are captivating. I've been thinking of you while I fed and pruned your rose this week. It's been a bit neglected of late so needed some TLC. Have a better week and hugs to you both, and Peggy too. Ellie x #13
As I didn't get around everyone last week I thought I would try and be early this - it may just be your Wednesday still but it is already my Thursday morning! Hope you are both feeling much better soon... Love that pile of frogs and the mice are adorable! Happy WOYWW! Susan #15
Glad the scare was false and you are alright. Apart from feeling rotten that is with this flu bug you both had.
Oh Annie, those meeces are adorable.
