WOYWW...

I'm here....just.  I've not been in my sewing room for 2 weeks and I can honestly say I've never felt so poorly.  I'm so glad I am double jabbed because I imagine things would have been rather worse otherwise.

Please if you've still not had your vaccines then get them quickly and stay safe.  We are always very careful, wear face masks and use hand gel and have no idea at all where we caught it because no one else we have been in contact with has had it

So what's on my desk today....absolutly nothing but I will share these two brilliant books Amy and family have given me for my birthday [ a little early but who's counting...I'm so glad to have survived to get there lol].

Amy had asked me what I wanted and I thought they were both really lovely projects that I can share with the children on their sewing machine...I can see us having lots of fun together.

That's all from me for today....I hope my energy levels return so I can have more to share with you next week.

Hugs,

Annie x

I am pleased you’re on the mend Annie,, I agree it’s so important to get vaccinated, I really don’t understand why people don’t, it’s crazy! Those books are lovely and I can see you having great fun with the the GKs. Keep warm and getting better, your sewing room will be feeling abandoned, lol!!

So pleased you’re recovering Annie. I think it’s crazy with over 45,000 new infections a day that this Govt won’t put more measures back in place.
I’m off for my booster jab on Sunday.
Great early birthday pressies. Glad to see you back

Glad you are well enough to write to us all, I hate to imagine what it must have been like for you.
Shelve the sewing for the moment, rest and read those lovely books and enjoy hubby looking after you.

So glad to see you in person but can feel your exhaustion, take care. The early birthday books are lovely, I got quite exercised by the idea of marmalade making for a second….!

Hi Annie, pleased to see you here but don't rush things. You need to get plenty of rest. I know what you mean about not understanding where you might have caught it so I'm still wiping down all the shopping from the supermarket as well as wearing masks and washing hands. We were in the supermarket some time ago and we actually saw a lady remove her mask to sneeze and that did it, I've cleaned everything since then. Hope your week gets better and better. Happy woyww, Angela x12x
