WOYWW...

Here we are again at out Wednesday catch up with our friends sharing our desks. ....if you want to know more then pop over to Julia's at The Stamping Ground where you will find details of how to join in the fun....we're a very friendly bunch and you will be made very welcome.

I'm still selling face masks but the demand is less now so I just make a few as and when needed to keep my basket topped up.

I've had more orders for more Memory bears and still have several more coming soon so it's keeping me out of mischief....well almost ;-)

I love getting orders for my School Memory bears....I should keep a tally of the school I've made them for really because there's many, near and far now.

This one was a new school to me and is for a little boy on the Wirral.  I love this one with his school tie...I reduce the ties to fit the bears.  He's now headed off to meet his new owner who says he will show his friends to see if they would like one too :-)

As requested by Neet [really hope your leg is healing well] I have now made 352 Memory bears now and I only started making them on 3rd August 2016! ....not bad eh?  There's a bit of Annie's love all around the world now too.

The only other things on my desk today are these three new little pairs of scissors.....I have loads of scissors but, with all the use they get here, they go blunt and never really sharpen well so these will replace some I use all the time....they all have different uses :-)

That's me for this week.  If you leave me a little message I will do my best to pay you a return visit....there were a couple I didn't manage to leave messages for last week but I did pay you all a visit.
Hugs,
Annie x

I agree, the tie just adds something to a cute bear! Those new scissors look the bees knees, I agree with you that they never seem to sharpen properly, you'll be able to snip away happily with those beauties!

I agree, scissors don't sharpen well generally, and after sharpening, don't feel the same, so they! That’s why I have so many too. *cough*. Well done on the Memory Bear numbers, a triumph, missus. HAd to look twice at the school badge on the blue bears, I mean, who wants to live in Grudgington!! Must. Get. New. Glasses.

I actually thought there would be more call for masks now that people are having to wear them in different places. I wore one for the first time on Friday at the hospital and within a short while it was stinging the scarring on my ears. I'd definitely like to buy a couple of masks and some ear savers if you have them? Where is the best place to order them from you? Have a lovely week, Lisa-Jane #15

Hi Annie!

Love your memory bears - so cute! Really a nice thing to give to a child - a boy or girl!
I have a loads of scissors all over the house some for paper some for fabric, some for small stitching! No crafter can live without scissors!

Thanks for the figure, gosh that is one heck of a lot of Memory Bears. I don't remember seeing one with a school tie before, I think that is rather cute and a lovely memory of someone leaving school, be it Junior or Senior. In fact it would be nice to have one for each school attended. You certainly hit on the right thing when you thought of making them.
Hope the rabbit families are doing well too.
Take care, Hugs, Neet 5 xx

Thank you for the visit. I reeled back a long ways on your posts. I've missed a lot ! Your grand girls are getting so grown up, just beautiful and happy looking. Gorgeous flowers and mounds of face masks ! Some pretty fabric also. That coconut cake sounds delicious. You take care, hope things keep improving. Happy WOYWW

Hi Annie, those blue bears are gorgeous though I have to say I love the tie on the green bear, very smart. Nice new scissor collection. I find that it's paper that blunts the scissors so always keep separate ones for fabric but I'm sure you know this. I still think the Wilkinson Sword (Fiskars) scissors are some of the best for fabric and I have one pair that I've had since I was at college so they must be......well old! and still very sharp. Thanks for asking about my mum. She had another fall last Sunday and was not feeling very good for a while as she hurt her foot but it seems okay now and she's feeling much better thank goodness. The care team are doing the best they can but are still loosing staff due to the virus and are not always turning up at the time when mum needs to take her medication so it's still difficult for her as she's worried all the time about whether they will turn up so we just hope things will get better. Wishing you a very happy and creative woyww, Angela x20x

There's lots to remember about this year, those school bears will hold it all for many many years to come. The blue twin bears are really neat but the green one is a smasher, love it's tie. Hopefully your new scissors will stay sharp for quiet some time.. Happy WoywW Tracey #8

Very smart school bears. All my scissors were going blunt so I bought some cheap ones - big mistake! They are now in the kitchen and I bought some more expensive craft scissors that are nice and sharp. x Angela #38
