WOYWW...

How these weeks fly by lately. There are never two days the same here and this week I'm sharing the same desk as always but with something very different on it today....

Before Christmas I ordered some new wooden peg dolls to decorate for the grandchildren to play with here. On Monday I got them out and painted the faces ready to clothe them but I remembered I had used all my fabric glue so couldn't dress them with fabric so for a change I atacked them with my acrylic paints.
I decided to make three different sets so all could enjoy them.....

Winnie the Pooh, Tigger and Piglet.

A set of Disney Princesses.

And a few superheros.  I hope there are some you might recognise amongst them....I know some special little people in my life that will know if they are painted right.

Hope you like my desk with a difference this week.
hugs,
Annie x

Genius idea - you have great painting skills too! I love the fact that the designs are relatively simple and yet the character is instantly recognisable. The kids will love them!
See you in a couple of weeks,
Hugs, LLJ 17 xxxx

Oh well done you - I can't vouch for the detail, but they are very recognisable! How sweet the princesses are all in a row. And you're right, a very unusual desk sight from you today!
Thanks for your message - yep, I've had the blog changed and the new template has missed the comments html...but it's easier to iron out wrinkles when its in use than keep looking at it to see what's missing...makes you blind to it!

They are adorable Annue. Made my youngest GS a cardboard fort last year and some wooden soldiers out of dolly pegs. These little dolls would be so much more stable. May I ask where they come from please. X

Recognised most of them (others because I don't have children or grandees) and must say "what a talent". You are brilliant!
Hugs & Thanks for visiting me, Neet xx

Recognised most of them - only reason some evaded me is that I don't have grandees to keep me up with the times.
What a talent you have!
Hugs & Thanks for visiting me whilst I am in a different time zone xxx
