It's that time of year :-) ....
We live opposite the church in our village and every year I am drawn out of the house by the hint of what is growing in the churchyard. I just have to take my camera and capture the moment and thought I'd share it with you today.....

They are gorgeous! There were a few out when I went to Kew Gardens the weekend before last,I bet they've come on leaps and bounds since then as we did have a couple of lovely sunny days (back to grey cloud today!)
So lovely and a timely reminder for me to go over to our nearby Croxteth Hall as there is a field of snowdrops there which I hate to miss.

I have a few snowdrops in my garden and they have been coming up year after year. It's the first sign of spring for me and I love to undcover them when i do a tidy up session on a bright day
I dont think anything says spring is almost here quite like snowdrops!

We are lucky enough to have snowdrops growing around our property! It is lovely to see them in the mornings when I am going to see to the chooks! They leave the ones in their run alone too!

Love the simplicity of the snowdrop. When DH's aunt died we brought some over and planted them in our garden as a constant reminder. Haven't had as many up this year, must have been too wet for them last year. Your photos are beautiful.
