Happy Wednesday to you all. It's been another really busy week for me. [Nothing new there then!]
Funday Monday was spent filling the Crafter's accessories shelf over in the blog shop so please at some point make yourselves a cuppa and pop over for a browse through all the new makes. [.....and hopefully you will see something you fancy buying :-) ].
Tuesday was spent catching up with the rail full of sewing jobs that arrived on Monday....that is until I had a phone call from our eldest to say they had sent her home from School because she couldn't stop being sick. She really is suffering badly from Morning sickness ....except, bless her, it is lasting all day and all night and she is becoming very weak because she is struggling to eat or drink anything and keep it down.....any tips are gratefully received. She has an appointment with her midwife tomorrow morning and I really am hoping it is suggested she takes a couple of weeks off school cos she really can't teach like this.
I have my latest tiny knitting to show you today. It's for a 12" chest prem baby just in case the twins arrive a little early and the tiny socks are sooooooo sweet.
My 'to do' rail is empty this morning but please don't tell anyone cos I promise I can find lots to do at the mo and won't be sat here with my feet up. :-)
I do have a 'to do' job to show you. I am making a new dust cover for a friend's sewing machine. Her old one was made in plastic and her puppies attacked it so I'm making her a new one in fabric.
The other show and tell is a wipe clean desk tidy for a friend. She always gives us a lot of support and encouragement with our shop and it is a well earned little gift.
OK folk, enough from me for today. Pop over to Julia's and join in the WOYWW fun.
Have a great week and thanks for popping by.
Don't forget to leave us a comment in this week's gift draw over in the shop to be in with a chance to win the Crafter's pocketed bag and tick the button to follow us over there cos there is a big draw coming up soon.
OK folk, enough from me for today. Pop over to Julia's and join in the WOYWW fun.
Have a great week and thanks for popping by.

Morning honey! Firstly, I hope your daughter feels better soon. You've been a busy bee as ever, love the knitting and the desk tidy - thanks so much for calling by my little blog with words of encouragement :) Have a nice day! Di x
Love the knitting and your desk tidy - hope your daughter copes with the morning sickness and it doesn't last too much longer
ooh i find those baby things look tiny until they are born and then when they are too big you think - arghh, this babe is so small, how will I manage?
ah, do not miss being a new mum at all... thank goodness for grandma's and wise women,,,,
Fun projects - those booties are too, too cute.
Love your neat and professional knitting. Mine never turn out looking anything other than "handmade" and not always in a GOOD way :) But I quite like the look of the crochet hook keeper. I have one that is full and my hooks that don't fit are scattered all over the place :)
Happy WOYWW

Wow. that is a clear rail. Your shop racks are very nicely filled. Will be going back later with some money to spend! Going to make asupreme effort this week and get to a lot more desks to comment. I need to go straight in and comment and go but I get so side tracked seeing things to investigate and then I see further goodies to lust after.! I will get my 'dumfer' one day.
Too old (way too old) to be pregnant but if I am feeling at all sickly i eat crystallised ginger. I also drink Ginger tea when I am feeling queasy.
Love your latest knitting but how will twins get in the one outfit (only kidding - know you will have or are doing another).
Thanks for processing the order this morning.
I think we should point out that your daughter who was sent home from school with morning sickness is a teacher! Does read a bit like she is a gym slip mum, lol. Has she tried those sickness bands that you wear around your wrists?

Gorgeous tinies for the expected babe. Hope the sickness passes soon for DD, it must be so hard when she is working still.
Like Neet I agree that ginger in any form is a great help to ease sickness..... and I LOVE it!
Thanks for your kind thoughts on my blog,
Hugs JoZarty x
I hope your Daughter starts to feel better soon, nothing worse than sickness all the time xxx
Love the projects you have been doing :)
Have a great WOYWW,

You have been busy if your to do rail is empty! Hugs Pam X
Oh I hope your daughter is feeling better soon. I had a friend who went through her first pregnancy like this and found that wearing those travel wrist bands worked. When she fell pregnant for the second time she took no risks and wore them from the day she found out. Maybe this would work for your daughter too?!

I feel for your daughter! Sorry, I don't have any suggestions (excpet to follow up with her MD if it goes on, don't want her to dehydrate due to be ill so much!)
What tiny, tiny booties! So cute, but I'm so glad to be done with that stage of life! haha

The little cardigan and socks are really sweet, you must be a quick knitter then?! I just crocheted my first baby bootie, got the other one to do now! I hope your daughter manages to get some time off work, I know how difficult it was with mine and it was only for a few weeks. All I an say is make sure she drinks water, apparently ginger can help with morning sickness, but I never tried it. xx
beautiful premie set. Those socks are so small!! You stay so busy I can't visualize you sitting with your feet up. Thanks for sharing! Vickie #69
Your knitting is wonderful! I hope your daughter feels better soon. I was the same. I was down 13 pounds from my original starting weight after my fourth month. Not nice.
I don't know how you find the time to do it all! Sorry to hear about the sickness, hope it improves soon...xxx
Aw that teeny tiny knitting!
Sorry to hear your daughter feels so awful. I was just the same too. I found taking things really slow helped. I only stopped being sick the week before I had him!
ooh an empty rail, please show me how you did that! lol
