WOYWW....

Here we are on another Wednesday [these weeks are flying by!].  I have a reveal and a different desk for you today.

The reveal.....

These were the seven bears I was making last week and I can now share them with you because I handed them over on Sunday to be shared around the family members.....I must say these are definitely my favourite and that all the extra effort to make them was well worth it....of course they are filled with love too so that makes them extra special.  My cousin Jan loved her warm jumpers and they have certainly made some very special bears.

As yet this week I've had no sewing arrive so I've used my time wisely and on Monday I serviced all three of my sewing machines....something I rarely have time to do as they are usually being used....and they certainly were in need of a good defluff!!  I have also cleaned and tidied my sewing room so there's nothing exciting to show you there today.

The other desk...

Yesterday saw me busy in the kitchen before my little playmate arrived and I made a  really yummy batch of soup...butternut squash, sweet potato, carrot and red onion. Plus you might notice the sugar, flour and things ready for a baking session with my little playmate in the afternoon.

So that's all I have to share with you today.  I do have more bears arriving either today or tomorrow so I'm happy to say I will be doing more of the things I love before the week is out.  If you'd like to leave me a little message so I know you've called by I will do my best to call round at yours to see what you've been up to this week.
Hugs,
Annie x

Morning Annie. Great mix of bears - all different as requested. Well done. Ah, the de-fluff!! Amazing what gets down the bottom of the machines, isn't it? Could probably make a cushion filler with mine. Great sounding soup - but could you take the butternut squash out of mine by any chance??:-) Taa everso! Hope you had/have a great time with your little playmate and make some exciting cakes.
Take care. God bless.

Aww, the bears are lovely and such a wonderful reminder of a special family member xx. You are a good girl for defluffing your machines, I suspect that;s something I should be getting on with too! I love soups all year round but especially in this colder weather, yum!

What beautiful bears! Such a lovely thought and will be so loved by the family. Well done.
I really must have a go at making soup, one thing I have never done but, while I had the bad cold, I have really enjoyed some bowls. Love the sound of the sweet potato, carrot and onion one.
Enjoy your baking time.

Wow those bears are so cute, unfortunately my sewing isn't that good but it's such a brilliant idea.
I must say Butternut squash soup is my favourite, I made it to take to football matches in the winter.
Have a great week

Hi Annie, pleased to hear you've cleaned the sewing machines. These dear Work Horses are definitely put through their paces and deserve some me time Lol! Loving the bears too but I hope you filled them with a bit more than love Lol! They always look like the kind of bears that you would snuggle up with. Hope you enjoy playtime with your little friend. So all that's left to say is have a great woyww and a happy creative week, Angela x5x

The bears are adorable! Such lovely memories. I also like making big batches of soup to freeze, more often than not I make Weight Watchers vegetable soup as it is the lowest in calories! I hope your baking session went well (I'm sure it did!). Glad you were able to get some maintenance in, best to do it before anything happens to stop all the creativity! Have a great week, Lindart #26

More bears to show us and more on the way to be done. Gosh, they really have taken off - so much pleasure to so many people. You should have a map with pins stuck in where they have all gone to.
Just enjoy your week.

Late this week Annie-I was sewing, sewing, sewing. And my machine has now been defluffed from all the black fleece and fauz suede! Bears are truly a work of love. Hope you and Theo made something nice for tea. Yum.

Since I'm late with my visit I had the opportunity so see/read your Friday post also... the little playmate sure had a good time! You had me smile at the last photo too... I picture you running outside to pull the man's pants up, ha! The bears are just lovingly beautiful! Thanks for stopping by my blog the other day, my beloved and I had a beautiful walk in the sun on Valentine's day so I'm late with my return visit... hug from Holland. Marit #17
