What's On Your Workdesk Weddings Day....

What's on your work desk Weddings day.......

Jo and I spent the afternoon on Monday brainstorming ideas for Wedding keepsakes.  So today this is what is on my work desk......

I have an ironing board full of Wedding fabrics.....there is silk, satin, lace and frills of all sorts waiting to be transformed into bride dollies, posy bags, special book covers etc.

.....Well that's the theory.

Neither Jo or I have much Mojo at the mo but hope playing with all this beautiful fabric and trimmings will kick start something.  If anyone has an up and coming Wedding that they would like something special designing and making for please let us know.

The other thing I have to show you today is this...

Do you remember the last LillyBo quilt and bag I made a while back that needed a little someone to go in the pocket?  Well here it is....

Now come on little bunny they really are a friendly bunch that visit me here and there is no need to be shy.

That's much better.  I'm sure they will all love you as much as me and the little person you are given to will know you were made with lots of love so will treasure you.

I hope you have enjoyed your visit today and will leave me a little hello comment.  I will do my best to pop to yours to see what you've been up to this week in between my sewing jobs later.

Hugs,
Annie x

I’m sure with all that lovely fabric to work with your Mojo will be back very quickly…..that lace is just gorgeous. To be honest, I’m surprised you’re finding time to make anything at the moment what with packing for the move and all.
Cute little bunny too……..so sweet!

What "no mojo" I think our little community will come to a grinding halt if the two of you don't create. Then I spy all that gorgeous wedding fabric and I know you are just pausing before inspiration strikes. Have a lovely week.

Happy WOYWW. You are so clever. I love your quilts - and the bag/little bunny friend are just the finishing touch. I had wanted to join in and attempt to make my very first quilt - even bought some fabric - but there hasn't been enough time spare what with the farmhouse renovation and everything else in my life. One day! Ali x #27

Can't help with the mojo I'm afraid, but the fabrics look lovely. I'm going to make a keepsake for my son and his wife to be but haven't decided what yet. They get married in 4 weeks so I need to start thinking!

Enjoy the rest of the week. Susi #137

I'd share my mojo with you, but it's on holiday! I hope it's having fun, e cause I'm not without it. Still, if the gorgeous fabric and lace doesn't make it come back, what will?

Good luck.
Rachel.

I'm on a time limit today and you're my last blog to check out till tomorrow, so I'll combine multiple comments into one!

Love all the weddingy stuff - wtg, always a good seller.

Congrats on the fantastic weightloss - haven't read down far enought to see which type of diabetes you have but if it's one that can be managed by diet alone, then you sound like you'll have it licked in no time. The weight loss will definitely help.

I still have all my fabric for my Lilly Bo quilt and will hopefully get around to doing something with it after the wedding. I might even take it to the crop with me next week... well, the week after actually. Mustn't wish my life away!

Hope all is going well...
