T for Tuesday...

I'm back to join in with the T for Tuesday and link up over at Elizabeth's for my second week.  I was made to feel very welcome last week so thank you to those who called by to say hello.

This is how I'm starting my day today...

  • My morning tablets and water to take them with.
  • A bowl of nutty granola with low fat plain yogurt...yum
  • And of course my much needed cup of coffee.
I'm hoping this starts my day off well cos I am going to be takling some paper crafting today. Annette from over the seas at Scrap Happens here sent me a gorgeous little book to 'have a go at' making my own version.  If you follow the link you will see just what a challenge she has given this 'not very good paper crafter'.  It has already been the cause of much hilarity and, shall we say I should buy shares in tena lady!  Think I'd have been better at making an origami frog than a book and at one point I had made a lovely pyramid!!  Her gorgeous little book really did get my creative juices flowing though and I can picture a little book for use by my grandies with a theme....picture a zoo, a farm, a house or maybe even a fairy castle?

I hope you have a good imagination and keep working hard on what you imagine it might look like.....I just hope I can come up with something that looks like anything other than the frog or pyramid!!!!!

Thanks for calling by.  I'm in for a day of fun today....that is apart from the dentist appointment I've got in the middle of my day!  Hope your's is a good one.

Hugs,
Annie x

My eyes were first drawn to your lovely pitcher of flowers...

Love the flowers. Would even take a bit of that granola and yogurt. And of course, I'm drinking coffee, too.

But I still can't stop laughing between you and Annette, and that square. I'm glad you have that gorgeous book as a reference, because I'm with you thinking pyramid. You gals are too funny.

O I see you are feeling quite pink today, love the polka dots on the cup.
The dentist. ugh. At least you have the paper crafting to look forward to and and the end of the day you can put that dental visit to bed, whew!
Happy T day

oohoo I have (sometimes) tropical fruit/nutty granola with no fat yoghurt, (and milk)... don't have pills though, if I had all the pills the doc has given me I think I might fall down and not get up again! Love the spotty mug!

I can't do without tea to start my day, and preferably porridge with cinnamon, sultanas and sunflower seeds. In fact, I could eat it now even though it's 7.30 in the evening! Have a good week XX

What a lovely way to start the day with fresh flowers! I'm looking forward to see how your little book turns out! I've just gotten into paper crafts and made my first altered book with Elizabeth's lessons.

I am late today....very late. But it's still Tuesday here, so I thought it might be okay to drop by anyway.
Hope your trip to the dentist was a breeze.
I have been following your "Smiles" posts and get so much joy that I will probably link up every once in a while.
Those tots whispering are so sweet.
