These weeks are really flying by aren't they? I have lots to share with you so I will do my best to keep it brief.
I can now share with you the last [10th] Luna lapin I made for Michelle's birthday [which was on 7th]. I made this Luna lapin during the first lockdown so had plenty of time to make her the patchwork scarf to match....isn't she lovely?
I spent a lovely morning this week making Wilhelmina a beautiful pintucked top to go under her pinafore. The clothes are just like miniature versions of proper clothes...only very small and fiddly of course. The top has 6 tiny pintucks down the front and has tiny facings around the neck too.
She just needs some pants now but I'm waiting for a delivery of lace before I make them :-)
I've now finished Clementine Cat but now she's finished I can't decide whether she looks more like a boy so am a little undecided as to what clothes to make....what do you think?
On my desk today is Reynard Fox in the making....I'm really loving making all these characters.
My last share this week is this gorgeous book my hubby found and ordered for me....you may find new characters sitting on my desk some time soon :-)
At least I'm being kept busy during this lockdown eh? What are you all finding to keep you out of mischief?
Hugs,
Annie x

Love your family, I could really do with a nice blue coat like Luna Lapin. Glad you are keeping busy. Ani
Morning Annie
Such a lot of loveliness on your desk. Lots of folk to chat too haha.
I think Clementina Cat would soon look feminine again dressed in a creamy flowery frock and given a little shoulder bag to put her book and biscuit in.
Your hubby is a treasure for finding you that super book.
Have a safe and creative week

So much gorgeousness on your desks today - the mouse is my favourite but I do love that patchwork scarf on Shell's rabbit! xx Jo
Morning Annie. Lots of lovely fun going on in your sewing room this week. I have a definite feeling that cat looks like a boy - just something in the face...
Take care. God bless.

The details you put into these animals are just amazing and I loved the patchwork scarf! I think Clementine cat could be male or female, she’s rather prim don’t you think, even without clothes, a Victorian school teacher came to mind for some reason!!

Clothes make the the man..or woman! Am pretty sure that Clementine’s gender will be obvious once you start on her wardrobe! Or...make her a partner! Lovely stuff Annie, so glad to see how much you’re enjoying these creatures. Pin tuck and facings, oh my, makes my anti fiddle alarm go off, doubly loud given the size!! Go you!
Fab makes as always! The day job is doing well at keeping me busy thanks !! Take care . Helen #4
Hi Annie. Just got back from walking dogs and I've got some interesting photos to show you on Friday. We may be on a lockdown but there are workmen all over the place in the park. You are keeping busy and your pets are lovely. It brings back memories for me of making this kind of project with the children. I have a Cinderella doll in the loft somewhere that I made years ago as a sample, must see if I can find her. I could just see the dog on the front of the book with little black and white ears and a beard Hee! Hee! Schnauzer style. Take care my friend and craft on. Big woyww hugs, Angela x23x
The Luna and friends makes are exquisite and I’m sure they will all be loved. I do think the cat’s a Clement but the clothes will help you decide. I went back to papercrafting yesterday to make some cards and actually enjoyed it. Keep safe. X
Oh these are adorable! I do agree Clementine looks a bit boyish, but maybe once the clothes are on you will feel differently. Happy WOYWW, stay well, stay safe, love n hugs Cindy #14 xx
Soooo cute! Yes I think Clementine is a boy as well :) I can't wait to meet Reynard, how clever will he be! Oh and do make the sheep, but make her/his little mouth into a smile :) Have fun! Love, Karen #30
Wow, your family are so lucky having such a talented gran. Imagine the toys the children will have, and even teenagers like something to hug so there can be many more animals for you to do.
Clem was a great big guy who I remember from school. He was in 6th form when I was a tiny second year. He used to go shooting with myk dad, he was a farmer's son and he went on to be a vet. So I guess Clementine could be a boy but called Clem.
Hugs, Neet 1§7 xx
I'm impressed with the tiny pin tucks Annie. I remember making a full size dress with those back in the 80s and that was challenging enough! Love the latest Luna that can be shown at last too. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #3
Annie, I always love seeing your little animals!! So much time and craftiness put into these little guys! Too cute! Not sure about Clementine Cat, but I'm thinking maybe looking like a little "fella" as well!! It will be cute either way!! So, so sweet of your hubby to find that gorgeous book! Its so good when your partner knows what you love and goes out of their way to sprinkle that sunshine on you from time to time! Stay safe and blessings, Felicia #33
So much loveliness on your desk today! I love all the little characters and their clothes - so adorable. Happy WOYWW. Take care and stay safe. With love & God Bless, Caro xxx (#13)
Hi Annie, lots of cuddly creatures in your post today. I can just imagine how fiddly making those tiny clothes are - especially with the addition of pintucks! Clementine looks girly to me - she'll look even more so in a pretty dress. Love the new book - who knew Luna has so many friends. Like you say, sewing them will keep you busy through lockdown. Hugs, Ellie x #32
Your creatures are adorable, and your sewing so neat. As someone whose sewing is the opposite, I think you are amazing. Have a great week. Angela #10
I love the 'lapins' but Clementine Cat stole my heart... she's gorgeous!!! Have a nice week dear, stay healthy and safe! Big hug from the Netherlands. Marit #31
Your rabbits are all lovely, Annie, as is your somewhat hermaphrodite cat lol! If she turns out to be a he, you can always call him Clement.
Happy belated WOYWW,
Shoshi #28
Love the rabbits... And I think it's a Clement!
Happy WOYWW!
