This week's smiles.....week 481

Here we are at another week's catch up of the happy moments and smiles of the week ....I'm sure it does us all good to spend a little time searching out what has made  us happy in the week and it's lovely when they are smiles that can be shared.  Feel free to link to your own smiles at the bottom of the page....we really can't have too many.

We went to the Red Kite campsite in Llanidloes for a couple of nights to test out everything in our new caravan.  It's an adults only site so is quiet and the facilities are spotless....it's a perfect place to go for a couple of nights and the caravan was wonderful.

Whilst away, on the Sunday we went to a Red Kite feeding station....there were literally 100s of Red Kites that appeared from nowhere at 3 o'clock when they get fed...it was perfect.  If only I could take a photo of them all!!!

The garden flowers keep in giving but this week I'm sharing our orchids with you....they are all blooming their hearts out at the mo and even some that looked 'dead' are now sending up flower shoots.

Finally here are a few funnies to make you smile.  I hope you are all enjoying the sunshine safely and are having a great week.
Hugs,
Annie x

How nice to see your caravan in action. I take it the screened section is part of the caravan. I ask because you only showed the other side last week.

I had no idea what a red kite was, so it was nice to see it was a beautiful bird.

Cute funnies. I loved the one where the dog is trying to entice the cat into the dryer with the promise of food. Have a super weekend, dear.

So glad you had a good time in the caravan. That site is not far from where my sonMike lives. He is at Llanymynech. He took his partner to the red kites feeding session on her birthday and they both loved it.
Your orchids are so lovely. You have a nice variety of colours and they all look very healthy.
Your funnies made me smile. Kate xx

Looks like you had a great time with your caravan. And what a lovely big awning! Did it take you long to set it up? When I was still working as a nurse, I would often have time off when Graham was working, and I would go to Exmoor where we keep our caravan. All I needed to do was put the awning up. So I quickly learned how to thread it through and set it up on my own.
Those red kites are awesome! What a special place is that!
Your orchids are really beautiful.
We had a good old chuckle at the funnies. Especially the petrol one and the caterpillar/butterfly.
Have a lovely weekend,
Hugs,
Lisca

Hi I'm back. I almost forgot to go to the hairdressers which is why I'm so late then I tried to sort out the puppy insurance and before you know the day has moved on. Pleased to see you've had a good week, loving the flowers and the funnies especially the puppy story book. Have a lovely weekend what ever you choose to do. Hugs, Angela xXx

Great looking van although Norrie was hyperventilating at the thought of ever having to put up an awning again! We wish you many happy holidays in your new van.
