Here we are at another Wednesday catch up with our creative friends from all around the world. I hope you are all managing to stay well and happy and are finding plenty to occupy your days....we are and I'm nowhere near bored enough yet to feel like doing housework :-)
I managed to finish the Luna Lapin rabbit that I was making for Gina's birthday but I wont be sharing that on my blog until after her birthday in September and I have also dressed Nanny rabbit....although I do have a few ideas for her to come yet....
I can proudly say my room has had a lot of use this week and I have really enjoyed getting lots out and not having to keep tidying it away for customers.....bliss. So I have snapped it from various angles and am sharing it in all it's glory this week....
Feel free to click on the collage if you want a closer look....and don't be afraid to ask if there's anything more you want to know about it.
We have also enjoyed several baking sessions together and I thought you might like to help yourselves to a freshly baked scone with your cuppa today...
I have now been asked to make rabbits for Michelle and Amy for their next birthdays [hence why my room is in such a mess ] so there will be lots going on here that I wont be able to share with you for next week and I will have to work extra hard to find things I can share.....that is if I can still move as we did the Joe Wicks workout for Seniors this morning and plan to do it each morning to keep us fit!!....give it a go because it really caused a chuckle here.
Hugs,
Annie x
Morning Annie. Yet more bunnies - you really have started something there with your family, haven't you? Love the joint activities. The way I am trying to get a workout is to out the Wii on - table tennis is a great exercise, as is 100 pin bowling - but I do admit to also having the Wii-fit which has seen some action. Ha ha! Scone making sounds a good joint activity too - but I won't take one thanks. No offence to your cooking skills - but they have fruit in :-(
ReplyDeleteTake care of yourselves. God bless.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the scone! I saw Darcey on tv this morning so I have decided to do the silver swans ballet - just need to find my tutu!!! xx Jo
ReplyDeleteI bet there was all sorts jiggling when you both did the workout - cos there definitely was with me, lol!!! I thought it was good and will keep it up, plus walking. The rabbits are lovely - I do hope you make the Nanny one colourful as you, Nanny Annie, certainly are!

Hop, hop, hop! Lots of bunnies for our weekly blog hop, I think they are fabulous. I might commission one for me, if I can justify having another cuddly animal around the place.
ReplyDeleteAnd like you, Annie, I am nowhere near enough bored to do anything except emergency cleaning,
Thanks for sharing, keep sane

Morning Annie
ReplyDeleteJust made a cuppa so the scone will go nicely with it, thank you very much. Just a bit of butter and stawberry jam on mine please.
We are very lucky yo have hobbies aren't we. I pity people who are bored already and resorting to cleaning. I just keep things ticking over but there are too many other things to do. We made our own Naan breads yesterday. I won't be buying them again they were lovely.
Take care and enjoy your week.

I am picturing you working along to Joe Wicks... I think my working day is longer now than when I was in the office...not good!! no time for crafting for a start! good luck with the new bunnies! Take care. Helen #3 x
ReplyDeleteHello Annie, are they gluten free scones? They look delicious! You are always such a busy person, the rabbits are lovely. Angela # 22
ReplyDeleteOh I totally forgot that I was going to look at the Joe Wicks workout! Will stick a note on my new ‘very important things to remember’ note board. (It’s the front door...got a few notes about gloves, Bart’s PPE, you know..) Scones look fab, I’m going to have to have a go at making something soon, last baking was Christmas cakes, so the flour is needing to be checked and used! I love that the big girls want their own Luna Latin’s too, and it makes me smile to see you being undisciplined about tidying away...bliss! Keep safe you lovely people.xxxx
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW dear Annie, love the looks of those baked goods. While a drink a cup of tea, I'll pretend. And the fun of exercise !! I too started doing stretches with 2 days of SUNSHINE and no wind I did walk and enjoy the outdoors. Rain this morning so here I am. THanks for the visit,I am thankful for this group and Julia. Stay Safe....I follow your schedule for news, most of it is not facts anyway, there are no comparisons. Enjoy your week.
ReplyDeleteYour work room looks gloriously busy! I really wish those weren't virtual scones. Stay well, stay safe, Happy WOYWW Cindy #20
ReplyDeleteIt seems there are lots of bunnies hopping through your space! They are very cute and I know each and every one will be cherished! Those cookies look yumy! They are making me want a home baked goodie! Hope you are well...stay away from others!

Hi ya Annie, mmmm the sight of those scones makes my mouth water... there's sooo many! I bet Neet will be very envious when she see's you had flour :D So much loveliness with those soft fabrics, it's a delight to know how busy you have been keeping yourself. Nanna rabbit is looking fantastic, carry on crafting & happy WoywW Tracey #25 x
ReplyDeleteI did Joe Wicks last week and OH my thighs!!! Not been as good about exercise this week so must get back to it. Your scones look so yummy! Love Nana rabbit. Happy WOYWW. Take care and stay well, With love & God Bless, Caro x (#17)
ReplyDeleteHi Annie, I laughed at the joe wicks for seniors comment. When my daughters were young I bought a Barbie keep fit video - that had me stiff and aching for days, and I was only in my late 20s!! Not fair showing freshly baked scones and then not sharing them. Baking is on my agenda for the weekend now. Nice to see the shots of your room j all its glory. Have a lovely week and stay safe and well, Heather xx #33
ReplyDeleteThose rabbits are taking over in your house! I am doing both the Jo Wicks classes for Seniors and managing to do Pilates via video link. Leanne has been good about shopping on e a week for us so we have no excuse to leave the house and garden. I am quite happy at home although I do miss being able to walk each day. Stay safe and keep sewing. X
ReplyDeleteMmmm! those scones look delicious! Toss one over! Your craft room looks nice and busy, perfect for these times of not having to go anywhere or do anything! We really are lucky to have such wonderful hobbies! Stay safe, and have a great week, Lindart #34
ReplyDeleteOooh, warm home-made scones straight from the oven... Thank you for sharing those with us today, Annie! The joy of virtual scones is that they are 100 percent calorie free! As I read your post I am drinking a cup of tea and could just eat one right now. I love your growing family of bunnies, and can imagine how much joy you are spreading around with them all. Each one has its own personality! I really laughed at your initial remark about not being bored enough yet to feel like doing housework! Lol lol!!! My beloved hubby did it today for me in the absence of my cleaning lady. He's doing a great job, as he is out in the garden. Our vicar phoned today to see how we were and when I told him that, he said that by the time this all comes to an end, everybody's houses and gardens will all be so spick and span!! (Apart from our desks, of course - which should, during this period, be really messy and busy and productive!) Love all the shots of your room.
ReplyDeleteKeep safe and well, and keep smiling.
Happy WOYWW

Oh those scones look tempting, but with only me in the house I would eat the lot that's why I don't bake for me! Love all your bunnies have they taken over from the bears? It's lovely not to have to tidy up because you know there will be no visitors. Ani #1
ReplyDeleteAlways a pleasure to see ;more rabbits on the go. A Nanny rabbit sounds great and I look forward to seeing her wardrobe - she needs a little tote bag to carry her clothes around with her - a bit like Nanny McPhee has.
ReplyDeleteThose scones look delicious and I am delighted to say I can bake today. Chas will have to do the mixing but he is a good pupil and it gives him another interest - apart from eating whatever it is we bake.
Stay safe and well
Hugs, Neet 2 xx
Ah bunnies are known to breed very well Annie and under your skilful hands thet certainly do!
ReplyDeleteAnd more on way if hidden next week. Loved the peek around your room
Thanks for sharing, and may God bless you and all you love, and keep you well in uncertain times. In God we trust.
