Another busy week here at Sewing by Annie's....just a shame that doesn't mean I've had lots of customers....I think they all think we have moved!!!
I have had busy days with my little twinnie munchkins but not because their mummy was at work....she's poorly. :-( She has a viral throat infection and has been really rough so I'm really hoping she gets well very soon.
So? what have I got to show you today?
My finished pin boards for the twins bedrooms in their new house when they get there. :-)
They are really excited about them. :-)
My house moving, stress busting knitted squares....now over 100 so I'm trying to work out if I can make a pattern with them. :-)
My guilty pleasure for this week :-)
I bought these gorgeous fat quarters from My Fabric House.....I had a 10% off offer so of course I just had to buy them didn't I?
I love the colours....they have lots of great fabrics over there so it's well worth clicking on the link and checking them out.
Well folks that's it from me for today. Hope you like my show and tell for this week. If you leave me a little hello comment to let me know you've called by I will pay you a return visit when I get a minute.
Hugs,
Annie x

Such pretty fabrics - I might just have to buy some too!!! See you later for twin care!x Jo
Oh, those fat quarters are scrummy, fresh and springlike! And well done with the pin boards, they're great! Love the fabrics you used :-)
There are such awful viruses doing the rounds at the moment...hope your girl gets better soon.
Hope all is proceeding with the house sale, otherwise the knitted squares are going to take over the world!!
Hugs, LLJ 41 xx
The house move seems to be taking an age Annie, and at this rate you'll be able to knit it a cosy to keep it warm in the winter. Hope it speeds up for you and you are in soon. Love the pin boards, very pretty.

I can see why the munchkins like their pin boards. The fabrics you used are delightful and so child-like, yet with a modern feel they can use through high school. It's too bad their mom doesn't feel better to share their enthusiasm.
I'll be so happy when you finally get to move. I can't believe THIS is the quick route. Having said that, those new fabrics are so springlike, which may be just the thing you need to get your spring juices flowing. After all, you can't make stress busting squares forever! Happy WOYWW from #7 and thanks for visiting me earlier.
Such a pretty selection of fat quarters. Buying them can be quite addictive I find! Loving the pinboards xx

Well, Annie, no sooner had you invited me to click on that link than I was there! You are doing my fiscal health no good at all ... gorgeous fabrics - I just loved the one with the bicycles on it and so much more. Didn't succumb this time but will definitely be back. You're are doing well with those stress-busting squares - I'm sure they have saved a few lives! Hope your daughter makes a speedy recovery. Hugs, Elizabeth xx #75
PS: thanks for the earlier visit and comment :)

You better move soon or those knitted squares are going to be big enough to keep the entire family cosy next winter! Love the fat quarters... pointless trying to resist pretty material. isn't it?
Gorgeous fabrics and you are the only person I know that can make a pin board look fab.

I have saved the link to that site and I might even get some sewing done when I have finished the sowing. I have loads of seeds to put in and plants to plant so I think I need to crack on with it. Have fun putting your bits of material together. xx Maggie #85
PS Have you got any nearer a date for moving yet? You must be so frustrated.
Hi Annie,
The tack boards look great! Oh, but sorry to hear about their mum feeling poorly.
The new fabric looks great! I've been stockpiling some fat quarters and now I just need to get my sewing machine out and get with it! Tee hee.
Thanks for stopping by already.
Happy belated WOYWW

Oh your poor daughter, hope the twinnoes don't succumb, it's misery enough when you're a grown up and can understand such things. you're right, it would have been rude not to have bought the FQs, specially such pretty choices!
gorgeous fabrics... the stress busting knitting seems to be growing a-pace!! Hope you have good news soon and your daughter gets better soon. Helen #16
