WOYWW....

Here we are at my last working week before Christmas and I've made another gorgeous Memory bear [and I have to say it's one of my favourites].  This is number 981 so only another 19 and I will reach my 1000.πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

It's such a pretty bear and is made from tiny,  first sized babygros...so really happy memories which is a lovely way to finish before Christmas.

I have so many really lovely customers and one of them brought me these gorgeous flowers on Monday and I felt I should share them with you.

We went to a craft fair at our local Hospice on Sunday....it's one we often go to for a coffee and do our best to support them.  I bought some raffle tickets and was lucky enough to win this gorgeous hamper....I feel so lucky.

Whilst we were at the craft fair we saw some little Christmas trees made from drift wood.  I have had a bag full of drift wood for years and just knew that one day I would find something to make with it.
Yesterday my darling hubby and I worked together for a couple of hours to make this little tree and it's made a lovely place for my Christmas mice to hang.

I plan to do some sorting/cleaning in my sewing room over the Christmas break....but who knows if it will happen :-)
Hugs,
Annie x

  3. Love the driftwood tree, such fun and great that you already had the wood to hand (we can’t take it off the beach now, unless no-one’s looking!!) Yay for winning the hamper too, that’s a cracking prize. Nearly at the 1000th bear, you’ll have to celebrate when you reach that milestone!

  5. It’s good to have a plan Annie, and if it doesn’t happen, it may be excusable as ‘well, I have a busy life’….ask me, I’ll always find you a reason. The driftwood tree is a delight, but my real delight is that you just happen to have a bag of driftwood knocking about, made me really laugh! Who else? !!! Thank you for your lovely card, what a great design idea. Xx

  6. Look you! I don't need reminding that my craft place is in such a mess! Hee! Hee! Sometime in the New Year I will have to get sorted but it wont be for the first two weeks of the New Year but you might be able to guess why. Loving the new bear, gorgeous and well done at winning the Hamper, looks great. Thanks for the lovely Christmas card too. Wishing you a very happy woyww, Angela x10x

  8. Thumbs up indeed 🀣 lovely bear. I was showing my dear MIL your bears. I said I didn’t think I would want a memory bear. She asked me what would I like? I wasn’t quite sure what she was asking, but I said I would like a lap quilt. My legs often feel cold and it would hold memories just like the bears.
