Happy Whizday to you all. These weeks are flying by aren't they. It's been a busier one for me at Sewing by Annie's. I finished the quilt I'd been asked to make and can share it here as the recipient doesn't read my blog but it may be a while before I can add it to my Facebook page as it is being given as a gift....
I made quilts for the first two little girls in the family so it was really lovely to be asked to make another on for little Freddie.
Then it was back to bear making for me. This one with an added tie and....
…..this one with a bright orange bow.
I was also asked to make a little cushion for the one bear using the logo off the gentleman's jacket.
I love all the little extra challenges I'm given and the pleasure it gives my customers when they see the finished items.
Thanks for calling by this week. If you leave me a little message to let you know you've called by I will do my best to pay you a return visit.
Hugs,
Annie x

Hi Annie, gorgeous quilt, and the bears are fab as always. Slowly improving, but reckon it will be a couple of weeks yet till I get back to pretty much where i was. Have a lovely week, Hugs, shaz #4 X
ReplyDeleteOh Annie, I love that cushion. What a fab idea to use his golfing emblem. Love the bears too but that quilt!!
ReplyDeleteFreddie and his family will be delighted. I love the very centre panel with his name on and then the little touches with the dinosaurs. Lovely bright citrus colours too - just a thought, I mistook the hearts at first for clouds. Clouds might be a nice addition to one of your quilts some time. Hope you don't mind me saying this as hearts are fine but I just thought ...
Hugs, Neet 1 xx
ps how's the retired gentleman doing?
