It's been another productive week here at Sewing by Annie's and I'm loving it. I've put a couple of collages together to share my makes for this week.
My Memory bears ....
Here's the latest 4 Memory bears I've made this week...all so different but each one comes with it's own story and I really enjoyed making them all. My New Year special offer will end today at 5pm so I'm guessing my request for bears will slow up now but there is the possibility of lots more to come....I may share news with you all soon.
The dolly clothes are still being made in between jobs. The little blue dressing gown was made for Sam....the boys in our family like to dress their dolls and toys too....another pic or two will be shared on Friday on my Smiley post so be sure to drop back then to check them out.
I made a pink and black dress for Lexi and of course had to make two more when Phoebe and Lulu saw it plus all the little skirts were made from a skirt Phoebe grew out of....waste not want not. :-)
As you can see there's been no time for mischief here this week but I'm really buzzing with sewing for work and pleasure. I hope you will leave me a little hello message so I know you've called by and I will do my best to pay you a return visit as soon as I can.
Hugs,
Annie x

You’d make a fortune if you were in piece work Annie haha. I know a lady who handstitches quilts at the same rate of knots as you. What a fabulous pair you are
ReplyDeleteLove to Milly. Have you got time for her to give me a wave please

Annie, I'm sure you would sell out in no time if you added dolls/teddy clothes to your next craft fair. These are amazing (the dressing gown is still my favourite; it looks great in blue). Have a good week. Sarah #12

Those little dolly clothes make me smile, especially when they're made from an outgrown skirt - brilliant! Your sewing machines must have smoke coming from them :-D

ReplyDeleteWell you’re a very busy bear. See what I did there!! Well done on the Bears, what a huge success they are. The dolly clothes are just gorgeous. When the littles are finished (when!), you should put them in a time capsule for another generation to enjoy.
ReplyDeleteIt must be a treat to see you sewing those tiny garments on your machine. Love the pics of the girls with their dolls.
