I would like to thank all that linked up their smiles last week and to say I am featuring Tilly's post with her gorgeous Lilies....I am unable to have lillies in the house as they cause me to have an asthma attack so it was really lovely to share Tilly's beautiful ones....they were stunning so thank you for sharing them Tilly.
My smiles for this week are a few pics of my grandees enjoying their school holidays....
Lexi and Sam are proudly showing off their first swimming badges....well done little munchkins.
On one of their many days out they both found a giraffe to hug :-)
Here you can see Phoebe, Lulu and Steve with a couple of their little friends enjoying a typical British summer day in the rain. :-)
And here is little Steve taking his turn to help his mummy get the tea. :-)
As you can see my little grandees never fail to make me smile and hope you have enjoyed sharing them with me.
Please leave me a little message then link up your smiles below and I will pop over to check out what's made you smile this week.
Hugs,
Annie x
Oh such a lovely little family! x
ReplyDeleteLovely photos today Annie. Pleased to see everyone was well properly dressed for the rain. It can be quite fun if you are prepared for it. I'm early this morning as we are off to the gym, maybe it will give is more smiles, you never know. Have a great weekend, Angela x
ReplyDeleteGreat photos of the grandies. I wonder what Steve is cooking? Congratulations Sam and Lexi on your swimming badges. Sooo important! I laughed at the photo of the typical English summer. The kids don't mind the rain. They have fun anyway. I had to warn my daughter in law who is going to Holland soon to visit great grandmama (my mum) with my grandson who is not yet two years old. At my recommendation they went out to buy a little jacket for him and some long sleeved things. The weather in Holland is the same as in England and those poor Italians would freeze to death.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely week,
hugs,
Lisca
They make me smile to Annie. As do the munchkins next door who with the help of mummy revamped a broom cupboard into a wonderful den come punch n Judy tent come storage unit with its own blackboard door on the inside. Fabulous

ReplyDeleteHappy Friday Annie, wonderful photos of the grandkids - aren't they just the best part of our lives, yes!! Have a fantastic weekend hugs Robyn
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday Annie. Well done to the two little swimmers. All my boys were swimming at a very early age, (Ben still holds the record for the youngest child to swim 50 metres at Oswstry pool. He was three!). I was happy to know they were safe in the water when we went away on holiday etc.
ReplyDeleteI love the photo of Stevie and the mushrooms. he is concentrating to hard.
It is also nice to see they are not put off from enjoying themselves by a bit of rain. Just as well in UK I guess.
Have a lovely week. Kate x
